How Our Discount Card Fundraiser Works!!

Our discount card fundraiser yields a profit of 50%-60% for your teams/association. The following outlines the steps required to get the fundraiser organized and how it works.
1 - Your teams first decide how much money they would like to raise.
2- In a team meeting select 1-15 local merchants that will be approached. Try to get the best offers from each selected merchant and it will be placed on the back of your discount card. Merchants may include restaurants, golf courses, sports facilities, stores, video retailers, etc.
3- Once the merchants have been selected and the offers have been secured, the discount cards can be produced. They are the size of a credit card and can fit easily into a wallet. You will see a proof of the card before your order is produced and delivered to you. Shipping is free.
4- Each card sells for $10 or $15.
5- Your teams will make the following profits:
* 999 cards or less 50% profit * 1000-1499 cards 55% profit * 1500 plus cards 60% profit
6- You will receive 25 free offer securing bonus cards for every 500 cards ordered bringing your profit to 65%. These free cards are sold for $10 and your teams keep $10. (20 offer securing cards are provided for orders less than 500)
Or
Ultimate Fundraising Inc. will secure the offers for your card and there are no bonus cards provided.
7- There is no payment up front.
8- We have some great incentive ideas for your teams and a very easy to use card tally and distribution system.

Upfront Fundraising Fee Approach

If you can determine how much you would like to raise through fundraising for each team first. Then charge a fundraising fee to each player at the time of registration. You will then provide each player with a certain number of discount cards to sell. The benefits of this approach are that all of the money needed to start your season is collected upfront and is ready to use. Secondly the players now have a way to make their money back and raise a little more for themselves to help off set the cost of being involved with the team. And lastly, it makes it easier for book keeping and it puts the responsibility on the players to make the decision to get out and sell their discount cards and takes much of the pressure off of your fundraising team. If players/parents choose not to sell the cards, it does not impact the team in any way and if they do sell their cards they will only benefit from doing so. This is the approach that many associations are considering.
